As part of community outreach, our LHS Varsiry Cheerleaders attended DPSB Spring Fling this past Saturday.

Beginning May 28th our Math Team is challenging all of our students to complete the Zearn Summer Math Challenge. Have your child access their grade level through Clever and complete 3 assignments weekly to be entered into the weekly drawing!

For his high performance, Waylon Gibbs was able to shadow Mrs. Mcconathy as Principal for the Day as a reward from Mrs. Bakalis for getting over 100 AR points since January.

Due to the high probability of inclement weather Thursday, the spring football scrimmage is being moved to Wednesday, May 15 at 5:30 pm at Mansfield High School.
The Spring Football Scrimmage will be held Thursday, May 16th at Mansfield High School beginning at 5:30.
There will be no out passes for tonight's graduation ceremony. If you have to leave the gym for any reason, you will not be admitted back in.
Due to the inclement weather & predicted incoming weather, graduation will be inside tonight. We will be live streaming graduation on the LHS facebook page.
Graduates need to report to the Multipurpose Room no later than 5:30pm this evening.
LHS Graduation May 13, 2024 (Back-up Plan)
1. Graduation will be held in the gym in the case of inclement weather.
2. Guest with tickets are the only people that will be admitted into the gym.
3. The gym doors will open at 5:45 p.m.
4. There will be no skipping or saving seats.
5. Children must have a ticket if they are above the age of two and taking up a seat.
6. No one will be allowed to enter during the processional.
7. The bottom rows of the bleachers in the gym will be reserved for our handicapped guest.
8. No balloons, flowers or large cutouts will be allowed in the gym. We want to make sure everyone can see.
9. School staff will seat everyone as they enter the gym.
10. No air horns or noisemakers will be allowed in the gym.
11. No dirty of muddy shoes or boots will be allowed on the new gym floor covering!
Some exciting things are happening Monday & Tuesday at LHS! Monday morning our Spring Musical & Tuesday is our awards day for elementary students.
