In November 2023, voters in District No. 1 approved a $23 million bond proposal for capital improvements focused on safety, security, and modernization of current facilities. The plan proposed a major renovation to the main concourse known as Tiger Central, spaces to eliminate mobile classrooms, and addressing dated athletic spaces.

Work is underway on these projects with updates provided below.
