Due to the high probability of inclement weather Thursday, the spring football scrimmage is being moved to Wednesday, May 15 at 5:30 pm at Mansfield High School.

The Spring Football Scrimmage will be held Thursday, May 16th at Mansfield High School beginning at 5:30.

There will be no out passes for tonight's graduation ceremony. If you have to leave the gym for any reason, you will not be admitted back in.

Due to the inclement weather & predicted incoming weather, graduation will be inside tonight. We will be live streaming graduation on the LHS facebook page.

Graduates need to report to the Multipurpose Room no later than 5:30pm this evening.

LHS Graduation May 13, 2024 (Back-up Plan)
1. Graduation will be held in the gym in the case of inclement weather.
2. Guest with tickets are the only people that will be admitted into the gym.
3. The gym doors will open at 5:45 p.m.
4. There will be no skipping or saving seats.
5. Children must have a ticket if they are above the age of two and taking up a seat.
6. No one will be allowed to enter during the processional.
7. The bottom rows of the bleachers in the gym will be reserved for our handicapped guest.
8. No balloons, flowers or large cutouts will be allowed in the gym. We want to make sure everyone can see.
9. School staff will seat everyone as they enter the gym.
10. No air horns or noisemakers will be allowed in the gym.
11. No dirty of muddy shoes or boots will be allowed on the new gym floor covering!

Some exciting things are happening Monday & Tuesday at LHS! Monday morning our Spring Musical & Tuesday is our awards day for elementary students.

Congratulations LHS Freshman Kelsey Price for obtaining a high performing score of a 30 on the ACT on her first attempt. Kelsey has also been accepted to the Louisiana School for Math, Science and Arts in Natchitoches.

All students may wear blue shirts with uniform bottoms tomorrow in recognition of Autism Awareness Day.

The annual LHS Athletic Banquet will be held Monday, May 6, 2024 at 6pm in the Elementary Gym. Tickets may be purchased through the front office for $25 each.

Coach Childress & the Lady Tigers basketball team delivered goodie bags to the Lady Tigers softball team & coaches as they prepare to head to Sulphur for the State Tournament.


Tuesday, April 30th PK-5th will have nacho day!!!


The Lady Tigers will be leaving tomorrow morning from LHS at 10:15. There will be a school wide send off for the girls at this time. Let's pack the route out of town and show these girls off in true #Tigernation fashion!
