We have made many positive steps forward over the past years. We have much to be proud of.
As a way to recognize the hard work and progress we have made, we updated our district brand.
I’m pleased to introduce you to our new district logo, mission, and values.
Why did we refresh our brand?
We wanted to modernize our look.
We wanted to create something that stands out from the crowd.
We wanted to lean into our close-knit family culture while also recognizing our diversity.
What was the process?
We conducted an anonymous survey in the spring of 2022 to find out what people think and feel about our school district. It was sent out digitally and includes about 10 questions. We also did an audit of our district website and social media content to see how we present ourselves in online channels.
The analysis of all the different people’s feedback gave us insights about what people think of our district brand. From there, we looked at how we were currently presenting our brand and realized we indeed did need an update. That gave us guidance on what needed to change and why.
Who was involved?
We surveyed high school students, teachers, staff, administrators, parents and folks in the general public.
How did you come up with the new logo?
We took the insights from our reputation audit and used those to brief a creative team. The input included our personality: friendly and approachable as well as bold and innovative. We also wanted to lean into our close-knit family atmosphere and diversity.
What does it symbolize?
The symbol represents the four closely connected communities that make up the Parish. The colors symbolize the diversity of our population.
