The middle school basketball games against the Stallions scheduled for Thursday have been moved to Wednesday, November 5th. There will be 3 games. 7th grade boys will start at 5:30, followed by the girls, and 8th grade boys.

Mrs Remedies 6th Grade Math Students celebrated the end of their ratio unit by calculating batches of pancake recipes, turning math into a hands-on experience. Through mixing their own batter and cooking their creations, they applied ratio reasoning to real-world scenarios and then enjoyed the sweet rewards of their hard work.

Homecoming Coronation will be held at Dale Morvan Field at Tiger Stadium beginning at 7pm this evening. Admission is $1 cash at the gate. There is ample parking around campus. There will be no parking on any of the grass areas. Our friends with DPSO will be on site to help us enforce this request.

It is almost time for our 4H Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Student's are to bring their pumpkins on October 30th to school. 4th and 5th grade students we will set your pumpkins up in the Elementary Gym. 6th - 12th members will bring theirs to Mrs. Jen's room on the HS hallway - 524! Judging will be on the 31st and all pumpkins will go home that day!

Students - in order to attend Class Wars tomorrow at 2pm in the Elementary Gym, you must pay $1. Please bring your money and give to your homeroom teacher tomorrow. Class Wars will begin at 2:00.

It's all things Homecoming this week at LHS. Attached is a graphic of all Homecoming related events. Due to the parade on Friday at 3:30, SCHOOL WILL DISMISS FRIDAY AT 2PM as we do every year. Please ensure that if your child rides the bus that someone is home for them to be dropped off.

Court presentation & crowning of our 2025 Homecoming Queen will be at halftime.
