DeSoto Schools: All DeSoto Parish schools and district sites will operate on a regular schedule on Thursday, Jan. 9. However, all after-school and extracurricular activities will be canceled.
Student safety remains our top priority. This decision is based on the latest forecast information and consultation with the National Weather Service and DeSoto Parish emergency response agencies. We will continue to monitor weather conditions closely and provide updates Thursday evening regarding school operations for Friday, January 10.
