Our NDMS Mighty Griffins PTO is offering students the opportunity to order pizza and a soft drink for Friday, January 31. All orders are due Thursday, January 30. No late orders will be accepted. Students received order forms in their 7th hour classes.

The first annual Dazzlers' Dance Clinic was a success! Lady Griffins in middle school had the opportunity to see what Dazzlers do and to learn a few small routines. They practiced warm up and stretching exercises as well. Drinks and snacks were also served! #bettertogether

Tomorrow is not a school spirit day. Students should be in school uniforms. Parents attending tonight's Mighty NDMS Griffin PTO meeting, beginning @ 6, will receive a wrist band for their Griffin to wear sweatpants tomorrow. Students are not allowed to wear joggers, PJ pants, leggings, or athletic wear. School approved shoes only, no slippers, slides, or crocs.

Any Griffin or Lady Griffin on the basketball or wrestling teams, yearbook photos will be taken Wednesday, January 29. If your athlete is taking the yearbook photo exclusively, no money is due. If your athlete is taking individual portraits, $20 will provide you a digital link to access your photos. You will also have the opportunity to order portraits directly from the photographer. Payments must be received prior to photo day and please ensure your athlete turns the information document in to Mrs. Catlin as well.
Thank you, Mallory Gatson, Development Coordinator with Willis Knighton, for hosting our Career Exploration and Gifted students today. Students were exposed to the multiple career opportunities within a hospital. Students rotated learning the introduction and summary of six careers: Care Management, Nursery, Lab, Radiology, Central Supply, and Respiratory. They were also provided lunch and enjoyed talks with Dr. Chu, Pediatric ICA, and Rachel Walker and Sami Stevenson with accounting.
