To our Stanley school family and community. Today we are deeply saddened and our hearts weigh heavy as we mourn the loss of one of our beloved students, Aubrey Hubier. We never want to have to deliver news of heart-ache and tragedy, but now we must stand strong as a school and as a community while we make sense of this tragic loss in support of Aubrey's family. As we provide social-emotional support, our counselors and other support will be available at the campus Monday (September 25) and will continue to be available to students, teachers, and families throughout the week as needed.
There will be an early dismissal for students at 11:30 AM on Monday, September 25 for families wishing to attend Monday's funeral services at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Logansport. Visitation begins at 12:00 PM with services beginning at 2:00 PM.
We will continue to hold steadfast in prayer for the Hubier family. #DeSotoStrong
