It's food drive time!!! This is one of our favorite things to do here at NDMS!!!
Attached you will see a calendar of days that we will be collecting non perishable items for our local food bank to help those in need. The foods listed are suggestions about items that are needed. Please try to bring the items listed for that day if possible, BUT if you do not have access to the daily item, feel free to bring a different item on that day. Please try to AVOID bringing Ramen Noodles unless it is on the pasta day. The food bank is in need of foods that would provide nutrition. While Ramen Noodles are amazing, they are not exactly the picture of healthy food! Lol.
For every day that you bring an item, you are welcome to wear school approved jeans with your uniform or spirit shirt! Items will be collected in WIN class each day and if you come to school wearing jeans and without a food item, you will be asked to go to the office and change. You will also receive a dress code infraction. PLEASE view this as an incentive to help others and let that be the focus of the season of giving that we are entering!
